Privacy Policy
Afopx ("Afopx," "our," or "we") has established this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from users of www.afopx.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy applies solely to information you provide to us through the Website. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Website. You are advised to review this Policy periodically to be aware of any changes.
As used in this Policy, "using" and "processing" information include using cookies on your computer, performing statistical or other analyses on information, and using or processing information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing, and transferring information within our company and among our affiliated companies.
Information Collection and Use
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide and improve our Website, services, features, and content, to administer your use of the Website, and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Website (collectively, the "Services").
Personally Identifiable Information
When you register with the Website, join our mailing list, or make a purchase through the Website, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information. This refers to information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. If you choose to make a purchase through the Site, our third-party payment processing service provider may also collect billing information, such as your credit card number or billing address. We use the Personal Information you provide primarily to provide the Service, process your transactions, and manage your inquiries. To access other features of the Site, you may need to create an account for the Service ("Account"). You can create an Account directly through the Site or by logging into your account on certain third-party social networking services through our Services. If you decide to create an Account with a social networking service through our Services, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to that social networking service (such as your real name, profile picture, email address, and other information you have made public through the social networking service) from your account on that social networking service and use that information to create your Account. The information we obtain may depend on your privacy settings on the social networking service. We may also receive Personal Information from other third parties and other sources and may combine Personal Information we receive from those sources with Personal Information we receive from you.
We also collect other information you provide when registering for an Account and using the Services (such as, but not limited to, your zip code (alone) and personal preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information").
We use your Personal Information (and, in some cases, in combination with your Non-Identifying Information) primarily to provide services, complete your transactions, and manage your inquiries.
If certain Non-Identifying Information is combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) to identify you, that information will be considered part of your Personal Information. However, the same information, when used alone or solely in combination with other Non-Identifying Information, is considered Non-Identifying Information. We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Afopx users (defined below) to try to provide you with a better experience, enhance the quality and value of our services, and analyze and understand how our websites and services are used. We may also use unaggregated, combined information to provide you with specific services, such as offering you products based on your preferences or restrictions.
We may also use your Personal Information (such as your email address or mailing address) to contact you with marketing and promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you (some of which may be sent by third-party service providers). If you decide not to receive such information, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any message; if you do not wish us to share your personal information with these third-party service providers, please contact us by email at team@afopx.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. (See "Changing or Deleting Your Information" below.)
Log Data
When you visit the Site, whether as an Afopx member or as an unregistered user simply browsing (an "Afopx User"), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type or the web page you were visiting before coming to the Site, pages of the Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Site, visit times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze usage of the Site and Services and for technical administration of the Site, to improve the functionality and user-friendliness of our Site, and to better meet the needs of our visitors. We also use this information to verify that a Site visitor meets the criteria necessary to process their requests.
Cookies and Pixel Tags
Like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we use persistent cookies to save your login information for future visits to the Site. Second, we use session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Site, better understand how you interact with the Site, and monitor aggregate usage of Afopx users and web traffic routing on the Site. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you exit the Site and Services and close your browser. You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from websites you visit by changing its options. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all parts of the Site or all features of the Services.
We may also use "pixel tags," "web beacons," "clear GIFs," or similar means (individually or collectively, "Pixel Tags") in conjunction with our Services to collect usage, demographic, and geolocation data. A pixel tag is an electronic image, typically a pixel that is not normally visible to users and may be associated with a cookie on a user's hard drive. Pixel tags allow us to count users who have visited specific pages on our website, provide branded services, and help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. The website uses cookies to help track the items you place in your shopping cart, including when you abandon your shopping cart. This information is used to determine when to send shopping cart reminder messages via text message.
Sending Emails Through the Service
As part of the Service, members may communicate with third parties through their accounts. When members choose to add one or more email addresses in an online form, Afopx will send messages created in the corresponding templates to those email addresses on the member's behalf. These email addresses are used only to send emails to the recipients.
Text Messages
You can opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive periodic marketing or promotional text messages from us, which may include shopping cart reminders, with varying frequency. This service is optional and not a condition of purchase. For support or assistance with the Service, please email team@afopx.com.
These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions on our website and may prompt messages such as abandoned shopping carts. If you voluntarily choose to have text message notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we will receive and store the information you provide. Data collected from you may include your phone number, service provider name, or the time, date, and content of the text message.
Phishing
Afopx is highly concerned about identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing." Protecting your information and preventing identity theft is our top priority. We do not and will never ask for your credit card information, login information, or national identification number via unsecured or unsolicited emails or phone calls.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
From time to time, Afopx may share and exchange your name and postal address with our Marketing Partners in order to send you marketing information about goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive emails from these providers, you may contact us at team@afopx.com and write "Privacy" in the subject line.
Afopx Third-Party Social Media: Afopx maintains publicly accessible social media profiles, including on Tumblr, Twitter, and other third-party websites and applications ("Third-Party Social Media"). Furthermore, if you choose to comment on any third-party social media post, the content of that comment will be publicly displayed through the third-party social media platform, as will any other information you choose to make publicly available (including your name, email address, and/or website URL). This information does not include opt-in data and consent from text message senders; such information will not be shared with any third party.
Social Networking Services (SNS): This service allows you to choose to share information contained in your account with certain social networking services, such as Twitter and Facebook. Afopx will not share your account information (which may include your Personal Information) with such social networking services unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
Aggregate and Non-Identifying Information: We may share aggregated information that does not contain Personal Information and may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and log data to third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and targeted advertising about other products and services. Any aggregated information shared in these circumstances will not contain your Personal Information.

These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement: Afopx cooperates with government, law enforcement officials, and private parties to enforce and comply with laws. We will disclose any of your information to government, law enforcement, or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including, but not limited to, subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Afopx or third parties, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity that we believe is, or may become, illegal, unethical, or legally liable.
Business Transfers: Afopx may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.
Marketing Partners For marketing and other business purposes, we may share your personal information with third-party marketing partners to create lookalike audiences of potential consumers of our services. This enables us to target advertisements to potential consumers similar to those currently using our services. To do this, we provide these partners with your name, physical address, email address, and transaction data. Please note that these partners may retain and use your personal information for their own business purposes. To opt-out of this sharing, please contact us at team@afopx.com.
When you visit or log in to our website, our online data partners or vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to link these activities with other personal information they or others may hold about you (including your email address or home address). We (or our service providers on our behalf) may send newsletters and marketing communications to these email addresses or home addresses.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
All members may review, update, correct, or delete the personal information in their registration profile by contacting us or editing it through the "My Account" section of this website. If you completely delete all such information, your account may be deactivated. If you would like us to delete your account from our system, please contact us by email at team@afopx.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, requesting that we delete your personal information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. We may retain archived copies of your records as required by UK law or for legitimate business purposes.
Security
Afopx takes the security of your information seriously, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) into our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. In some cases, we also encrypt sensitive information while it is stored on our systems.
We will disclose any breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "Personal Data" (as defined in applicable state statutes regarding security breach notification) as quickly as possible and without delay by email or by prominent posting on this website, to the extent permitted by UK law, in order to satisfy (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of our data systems.
International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of Afopx and choose to provide information to us, Afopx will transfer your personal information to and process it outside of Afopx. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information constitutes your agreement to such transfer.
Links to Other Websites
Our website contains links to other websites. If you choose to visit an advertiser by "clicking" on a banner or other type of advertisement, or by clicking on another third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's website. Our linking to a website or displaying a banner or other type of advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor does it constitute an endorsement of its privacy or information security policies or practices.
