Returns and Exchanges

Return Terms

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be new, unused, and retain their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service to submit a return request.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Please send the item back to the return address we provide.

4. Please provide the return shipping number for tracking purposes.

5. Upon receipt and confirmation of the item's condition, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment account (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Shipping is free for orders; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for the same style, but different sizes/colors.

The exchange process is the same as for returns, and the return address is the same as above.
