1. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

We process and pack your order within 1-3 business days and ship it as soon as possible.


2. How long does shipping take?

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number after shipping, and you can check the shipping progress in real time on the carrier's website.


5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact our customer service to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed.


6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos as proof. We will provide a free replacement or refund.


7. What is the return and exchange period?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.


8. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to product quality issues or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.


If the return is due to an incorrect size or personal reasons, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
